Over a year ago TACC Construction Ltd. was involved in the search for a computer accounting software package that would meet the growing needs of our company. My participation in leading this search allowed me the opportunity to thoroughly evaluate different software products. Our final selection was the Jonas Software through their dealer New Century Software Inc.

Our final decision was predicated by the following items:

-Its ability to easily handle the integration of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll equipment costing, job costing and the general ledger

-Software system that allows the user to design their own reports within all the different modules

-Y2K compliant software

Now that we have been operating our companies on the system for almost one year we feel comfortable that the Jonas System was the best choice. New Century's recommended enhancements by their consultants to our payroll, equipment and job cost systems have also been a benefit to us. Time spent on payroll has decreased and we now have added flexibility with the way we produce reports from our job cost system.

We are pleased with the results and we would not hesitate to recommend New Century to other contractors.
