Financial Systems include all of the accounting modules: accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger.

Key Features

  • The Jonas software includes all of the accounting modules required to run your business.
  • The job cost, sub contract control, work order, service contract, inventory, purchase order, equipment and aggregate/asphalt systems are all integrated to the accounting modules. This eliminates the need for multiple data entry and greatly reduces processing time.
  • All accounting and costing figures are updated simultaneously allowing users to automatically produce any required reports. All of the standard accounting reports are included in the system. In addition, there are report generators in each module, allowing the user to design their own reports and eliminate the need for costly customized programming.

Reports/Inquires

  • Report generators in each module allow for the creation of user defined reports
  • Standard accounting reports: General Ledger trial balances, detailed Source Journals, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Aging Reports, etc. are included in the accounting modules.
  • Inquires may be done on general ledger accounts, suppliers and customers.
