Dear Dan,

I would like to take this time to thank you very much for making my job so much easier.

When you came into my office to show me your demo of the Jonas Software System I just knew this was what my office needed.

Now with Jonas everything is simplified and a one step procedure right from either work order entry/job invoicing/payroll/AP/AR directly to the General Ledger. Also, I am very impressed with the union and government reports it can provide for me.

I would also like to thank Dan Cummings for his training, I know it wouldn't have been so easy to convert without him. Dan is very patient and able to explain things in terms that I could understand. He is still always available and takes the time to listen to me when I have questions. Your technical and procedural support teams have also been excellent in helping when the need arises.
